Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 to
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped celery
  • crushed potato chips
  • can crabmeat, flaked and picked over - 1 1/2

How to make baked seafood salad:

Cook shrimp. Combine with crab, celery, pepper and onion. Mix mayonnaise with Worcestershire sauce and salt and fold in crab mixture. Spread in buttered 2-quart baking dish or into 6 (1-cup) casserole dishes. Bake in 400° (hot) oven for 10 minutes. Blend potato chips with paprika. Sprinkle over seafood mixture. Dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes more until potato chips are browned. Serves 6.
