Potato cheese bake
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- corn flake crumbs
- frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make potato cheese bake:
Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter and put aside. Place frozen hash browns in a very large bowl. Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and cheeses; mix thoroughly. Add margarine, salt and pepper; mix again. Place everything into a 10 x 13-inch baking pan. Place corn flake crumbs on top. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
