- potatoes enough to fill a 9 x 13-inch pan - 4 5
- onions and green onions optional - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Dice and boil the potatoes with the skins on. While they are boiling, melt the cheese in the microwave. Mix the mayonnaise in the cheese.
