Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped chives - 1/4 c
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make potato casserole:
Cook and mash potatoes. Whip cream cheese and sour cream. Add potatoes and milk if needed. Put in shallow pan and spread with butter. Bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
