Ingredients/Components
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- bacon - 1 lb
- sticks celery, diced - 3 item
- to 7 potatoes red, sliced - 6 item
How to make fried potatoes:
Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces. Lightly brown. Add all other items and fry. Salt and pepper to taste. Cabbage may be added halfway through cooking potatoes. Add 1/2 stick butter. Cover and complete cooking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
