Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- melted butter
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- dried onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
- American grated cheese - 2 c
- shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Topping:1/4 c. melted butter2 c. crushed corn flakes Topping: Mix well. Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients except topping. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread topping over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Leftovers wRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
