  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • melted butter
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • dried onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
  • American grated cheese - 2 c
  • shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Topping:1/4 c. melted butter2 c. crushed corn flakes Topping: Mix well. Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients except topping. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread topping over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Leftovers w
