  • pkg - 1 oz
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
  • onion to taste - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Spread hash browns in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. In a separate bowl, melt butter. Add soup, onion, cheese and sour cream. Stir together and pour over hash browns. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
