- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- onion to taste - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Spread hash browns in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. In a separate bowl, melt butter. Add soup, onion, cheese and sour cream. Stir together and pour over hash browns. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
