Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- yeast - 2 pkg
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
How to make spoon bread:
Mix first five ingredients. Add flour and mix well. Dough will be very soft when made. Store in refrigerator. Use as needed. Grease or spray muffin pans and fill about 1/2 full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, < 15 mins, Side dish.
