Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • bag frozen hash browns - 1 (2
  • corn flake crumbs - 2 c

How to make potluck potatoes:

Mix all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and butter. Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole. Mix melted butter and corn flake crumbs. Spread evenly over top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
