- 2 c - 1 pkg
- stick Butter - 1/2 item
- Milk - 3/4 c
- Sour Cream - 1 (16
- can Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 item
- Onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- Salt and Pepper - 1 item
- Hash Browns - 1 pkg
How to make potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, onion, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, soup and salt and pepper in a large pot on the stove.In a casserole dish, melt butter and place mixture in dish. Add remaining cheese and milk.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
