Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 12 potatoes, sliced and peeled - 10 item
How to make potato casserole:
Press 1/2 uncooked ground beef into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan. Layer top with potatoes, then layer with ground beef, then potatoes again. Mix water and soup well; pour over potatoes and meat. Cook at 375° for 1 hour. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
