Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- to 6 potatoes, peeled and grated - 5 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and dot with 1/4 cup margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
