Cheese potato casserole



  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • melted margarine - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • cream of chicken soup - 1 c
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • crushed corn flakes

How to make cheese potato casserole:

Thaw the hash browns and add all ingredients, except corn flakes. Mix well and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle corn flakes over mixture and bake 1 hour.
