Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Thaw the hash browns and add all ingredients, except corn flakes. Mix well and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle corn flakes over mixture and bake 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
