Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- diced onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- grated sharp cheese - 8 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Thaw potatoes about 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
