Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- corn flake crumbs - 1 2
- onion, minced fine - 1 item
- bag hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- carton sour cream 1 c - 1 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients together, except crumbs. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with crushed corn flake crumbs. Run back in oven for a few minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
