Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns
- can potato soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Spread in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour until potatoes are soft. Cover with French fried onions. Bake 10 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
