Potato casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• melted margarine - 1/2 c
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• grated cheese - 2 c
• frozen hash browns
• can potato soup - 1 item
• can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients. Spread in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour until potatoes are soft. Cover with French fried onions. Bake 10 minutes longer.
