Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes, sliced - 5 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- slices cheese - 6 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Boil potatoes for 5 to 10 minutes. Put in casserole dish. Mix soup with 1/2 cup of water. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in oven until potatoes are done at 350°. When done, put cheese on top and bake until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
