Mexican corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- raw macaroni, cooked - 1 c
- can corn cream-style - 1 item
- hot chili powder or 1 tsp - 1/2 tsp
- whole kernel corn may be used - 1 item
How to make mexican corn casserole:
Saute hamburger and onion until browned. Then add cooked macaroni, tomato soup, corn, chili powder, salt and pepper. This can be heated in same skillet with hamburger and onion. Put mixture in greased baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
