Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • container sour cream - 1 pt
  • frozen hash brown potatoes
  • bunch green onions - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into baking dish (greased). Cover with 2 cups cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick melted oleo. Cover. Bake at 450° for 45 minutes.
