Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- container sour cream - 1 pt
- frozen hash brown potatoes
- bunch green onions - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into baking dish (greased). Cover with 2 cups cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick melted oleo. Cover. Bake at 450° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
