Tortilla casserole
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, diced - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
How to make tortilla casserole:
Combine ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Cook and drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes and mix well. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer corn tortillas, then half of the sauce, another layer of corn tortillas and remaining sauce. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Top with cheeses and put in broiler until cheese is melted.
