Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- cornflake crumbs
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine first 8 ingredients and pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch dish. Combine cornflakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
