Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 32 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
  • cornflake crumbs
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Combine first 8 ingredients and pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch dish. Combine cornflakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 12.
