  • pkg - 2 lb
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all together while potatoes are frozen. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan. Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until bubbly.
