Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all together while potatoes are frozen. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan. Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
