Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Defrost and drain potatoes. Combine corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter; set aside. Combine remaining 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, cheese, soup and sour cream. Add potatoes. Place in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Top with corn flake mixture and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
