- butter - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- onions - 3 lb
- mild Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make onion casserole:
Slice onions and make into rings. Fry in butter until clear. Layer, in baking dish, a layer of onions and layer of cheese until all ingredients are placed.Melt butter and mix with bread or cracker crumbs. Add to top of casserole and bake until cheese is melted.
