Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- cream of chicken soup - 1 can
- onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cornflakes, crushed - 2 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- cubed Velveeta Cheese - 2 c
- Red and green pepper, minced optional - 1 item
- cube margarine or butter, melted - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine first 7 ingredients in a 2 1/2 qt. greased 9 x 12 inch casserole. Mix crushed cornflakes and melted butter or margarine and spread on top of ingredients. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
