  • ham hock - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 item
  • small bunch parsley, chopped - 1 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • carrots - 2 item
  • potatoes - 2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make portuguese sausage soup:

Chop all vegetables. Add water to beans to cover. Cook beans with ham hock until soft. Add chopped vegetables and sausage, cut in bite sizes. Boil 1/2 hour. Season to taste.
