Pork chops with rice
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 can
- onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- uncooked Minute rice - 1 c
- pork chops 1/4-inch thick - 6 item
How to make pork chops with rice:
Brown pork chops and set aside. Place rice in 13 x 9 x 1 1/2 or 2-inch casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 1/2 cups water. Pour over rice. Place pork chops on top of rice. Pour mushroom soup that has been diluted with 1/2 cup water over chops and rice. Sprinkle with 1/2 package onion soup mix.
