  • Russian dressing - 8 oz
  • apricot preserves - 8 oz
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • water - 1/4 c
  • pineapple slices - 1 item
  • green pepper, cut lengthwise - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Mix all together and pour over chicken. Lay pineapple and green pepper on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
