Oven caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- popped corn 15 c
How to make oven caramel corn:
Heat oven to 200°. Divide popped corn between 2 ungreased cookie sheets. Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda until foamy. Pour on popped corn. Stir until corn is coated.
