- salt and pepper - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 3/8
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chop dinner:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Remove chops. Add soup mix and water to pan drippings. Bring to a boil. Place pepper and rice in shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Top with chops. Pour soup mixture over chops. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, One Dish meal.
