Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cracker crumbs saltines - 1 c
- ham loaf, thawed - 1 item
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Mix together ingredients. Make into 1-inch balls and put on a cake pan (9 x 13-inch). Pour sauce over top. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for an hour and 15 minutes. Make ahead and reheat in crock-pot. May be frozen also. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
