  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • tomato juice - 2 c
  • black pepper - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • chopped cabbage - 4 c
  • thick pork chops - 6 item

How to make sweet and sour pork chops:

Brown pork chops. Put in large casserole. Add all ingredients, but cabbage. Bake until tender, 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven; stir in chopped cabbage. Bake until cabbage is done.
