  • rice - 1 c
  • to 8 pork chops according to size of dish - 6 item

How to make pork chop casserole:

Combine the consomme and water. In casserole dish (oblong), pour rice, then the mixture of soup and water. Salt chops, also black pepper, place on top. Cover with foil and place in preheated oven of 350° and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes prior to time of baking, uncover for browning.
