- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- 12 oz - 1 lb
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- salt
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- raw rice regular - 3/4 c
How to make texas hash:
Brown beef; add onion and pepper. Drain fat. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil and stir rice. Cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
