- to 6 average potatoes - 5 item
- butter
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
How to make ham and cheese casserole:
Cheese Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour1 c. milk1 c. grated cheese Parboil peeled and sliced potatoes. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour, then stir in milk until thickened. Add grated cheese. In a baking dish, layer potatoes, ham and cheese sauce until dish is full.
