- butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- chicken fryer, cut up in about 9 pieces - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Put rice in buttered casserole dish. Mix soups and one can of water and pour over rice. Lightly salt chicken; dip in melted butter. Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice and soup mixture. Bake, uncovered, for about two hours at 275°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
