- to 6 thick cut pork chops - 4 item
- brown sugar
- cooking sherry - 1 c
How to make glazed pork chops:
Place pork chops on greased pan. Sprinkle half of brown sugar on pork chops and half of the cooking sherry on top of that. Bake in oven at 350° for about 20 minutes. Then turn them over and put the rest of the brown sugar and cooking sherry on top and cook for 15 more minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Hit'll tickle your innards!
