Porcupine meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- uncooked long grain rice - 1/4 c
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 oz
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 c. of the soup. Mix thoroughly; shape into about 20 small balls and place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 35-40 minutes, stirring often.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
