Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 Tbsp
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- salad oil - 1 c
- pecans, chopped fine - 1 item
- cream cheese at room temperature - 8 oz
- pumpkin large can - 2 c
- eggs last - 4 item
- Bake in 10 x 13 greased cake pan at 350° for 35 to 60 minutes
How to make pumpkin cake:
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Bake in 10 x 13 greased cake pan at 350° for 35 to 60 minutes.Icing:1 stick butter/margarine (at room temperature)8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar pecans, chopped fine Mix all until fluffy.
