cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 2 c
baking soda - 2 Tbsp
box confectioners sugar - 1 item
salad oil - 1 c
pecans, chopped fine - 1 item
cream cheese at room temperature - 8 oz
pumpkin large can - 2 c
eggs last - 4 item
Bake in 10 x 13 greased cake pan at 350° for 35 to 60 minutes

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix all ingredients with mixer. Bake in 10 x 13 greased cake pan at 350° for 35 to 60 minutes.Icing:1 stick butter/margarine (at room temperature)8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar pecans, chopped fine Mix all until fluffy. Frost cooled cake.
