Porcupine meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- uncooked long grain rice - 1/4 c
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 3/4
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Combine meat, rice, egg, onions, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup condensed tomato soup. Mix thoroughly; shape in about 20 small balls and brown on cookie sheet in oven. Drain balls on paper towels. In saucepan, mix remaining soup, water and WorcestershireRecipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
