  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
  • uncooked long grain rice - 1/4 c
  • can condensed tomato soup - 1 3/4
  • slightly beaten egg - 1 item

How to make porcupine meatballs:

Combine meat, rice, egg, onions, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup condensed tomato soup. Mix thoroughly; shape in about 20 small balls and brown on cookie sheet in oven. Drain balls on paper towels. In saucepan, mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire
