Porcupine meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 3/4
- uncooked long-grain rice - 1/4 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, dash of pepper and 1/4 c. tomato soup. Mix well and shape into 20 small balls. Place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat balls. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often. Serves 4 to 5.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
