Ingredients/Components
- Tomatoes - 1 item
- Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1 item
- Chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 1 item
- Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 item
- Pie Shell - 1 item
- Cup Sauteed Mushrooms - 1/4 item
- Oregano and Basil to Taste - 1 item
- Cup Chopped Green onions-Optional - 1/4 item
How to make tomato pie:
Preheat oven to 325 - partially bake pie shell. Pour mixture of cheeses and mushrooms into pie shell. Cut tomatoes into wedges and arrange on top of mixture. Sprinkle with oregano and basil, green onions, salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Cut and serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Vegetables.
