Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cooked rice - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1/8 c
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato juice or sauce - 1 oz
How to make porcupine balls:
Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce. Form into balls. Place in greased casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over balls. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
