- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- large potatoes - 6 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
How to make baked parmesan potatoes:
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters (thick slices). Combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley in bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake in bag, coating potatoes well with cheese mixture. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Place potatoes in layer in pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Side dish.
