Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- popped corn - 5 qt
- maple flavor syrup - 1/2 c
How to make popcorn balls:
Keep popcorn hot and crisp in slow oven. Combine sugar, water, syrup, vinegar and vanilla. Cook to hard-ball stage (250°). Pour slowly over popcorn. Mix well to coat every kernel. Use butter on hands to press into balls. Makes about 20 balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
