Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- curry powder - 4 tsp
- can peaches - 1 item
- can pineapple - 1 item
- can pears - 1 item
- can apricots - 1 item
How to make hot curried fruit:
Drain fruit. Melt butter and dissolve sugar; add curry powder. Pour butter and sugar mixture over fruit and bake at 325° until bubbly. Delicious with any kind of meat.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
