  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • allspice - 1 Tbsp
  • celery seed - 1 Tbsp
  • green peppers - 6 item
  • large onions - 6 item
  • large ripe tomatoes - 36 item

How to make tomato catsup:

Cut up and cook first three ingredients until done. Put through sieve. Add spices, sugar and vinegar. Boil for 1 hour. Put in jars and seal.
