Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- green peppers - 6 item
- large onions - 6 item
- large ripe tomatoes - 36 item
How to make tomato catsup:
Cut up and cook first three ingredients until done. Put through sieve. Add spices, sugar and vinegar. Boil for 1 hour. Put in jars and seal.In memory of Fannie S. Timmons.
