Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- unsifted all-purpose flour
- double-acting baking powder - 1 tsp
- 8 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 3/4 c
- thinly sliced onion - 1 c
- thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
- sliced tomatoes - 2 c
- crushed garlic
- Italian seasoning, crushed
- bran flakes cereal, crushed - 1 c
How to make pizza primavera:
Preheat oven to 425°. Grease a 14-inch round pizza pan or a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; set aside.In a medium bowl, combine flour, cereal and baking powder. Stir in milk and oil until combine. Let dough rest for 5 minutes. With greased fingers, pat and stretch dough to fit in prepared pan, gently pushing edge to form a rim. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat water until simmering. Add zucchini, mushrooms, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove vegetables from skillet. Place evenly over baked crust. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
