Caramel popcorn

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• corn syrup - 1/2 c
• margarine - 1 c
• popped corn - 7 qt

How to make caramel popcorn:

Cook the first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Place popped corn in roasting pan. Take the ingredients off heat and add vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn and bake 1 hour at 250°.
