Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- can pink salmon, drained and flaked - 1 3/4
- salt and thyme - 1/4 tsp
How to make baked salmon patties:
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape into patties; place in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 20 minutes or until firm. Makes 3 servings. May double recipe.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Salmon.
